Very low foam NEUTRAL cleaning product, good for removal of stamping oils, light greases, processing fluids, polishing or buffing residues, vegetable oils, fingerprints and general soils.         

The product is successfully used in enclosed high pressure spray parts washers. It fast degasses the entrapped air gained during spray or tumbling cycle. Fast removal of entrapped air is important for generating good cavitations in cabinets fitted with ultrasonic transducers.

Novchem 1000 is compatible with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, pure copper and alloys, nickel,  chrome, titanium, tin, zinc, plastics, glass and ceramics.

High Pressure Spray washer cleaning solution and rust inhibitor, very low foam, excellent performance at low temperature, compatible with most metals, aluminum, ceramics, plastics and glass.

Excellent in removing heavy oils, carbon, dirt and grime, stamping oils, greases, buffing and polishing compounds, vegetable oils, fingerprints and general environmental soils. Very effective in splitting removed oils.

The product is designed to work in enclosed high pressure spray parts washers and as well in parts washers fitted with ultrasonic transducers. The chemistry enhances fast degassing of entrapped air gained during the spray or the tumbling cycle, that in turn enhances ultrasonic cavitations in ultrasonic spray cabinets.
