   Novchem227

NOVCHEM 227 is a heavy-duty industrial liquid acid concentrate chemical cleaner. It is very efficient in removing light and heavy oils, particles, various  inorganic residues, airborne contaminants and fingerprints. NOVCHEM 227 rinses freely and is biodegradable.

NovChem 227: Effective strong acid cleaner for cleaning Aluminum parts and a  brightener for stainless steel. It removes buffing and polishing  compounds, heavy drawing and cutting oils and greases, stamping oils and mill oils. Also is excellent in removing residual polymers and mold  release from on stainless steel forming molds, dies and punches.

Compatibility

NOVCHEM 227 is safe on stainless steel, aluminum, brass, pure copper and beryllium  copper alloys, glass, plastics, and ceramics, when used as directed.

Recommended Usage

NOVCHEM 227 is used at dilution of 3 -6% by volume in deionized or tap water (low hardness) in ultrasonic cleaning applications.

Recommended operating temperatures: 140°-160°F(60°- 71°C ). Recommended rinse water temperature: 115°-130°F(45° - 55°C).

Availability

NOVCHEM 227 is available in cases of 5 gallons and 55 gallon containers.

Disposal

Dispose of in accordance with Federal, State and Local Government rules & regulations.
